Please note: Booked hours are valid for two months. Lessons may be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours in advance; missed lessons are non-refundable. Location is subject to teacher availability.

Preparation fees: A1/A2: ₱3,500 (15 hours / 1 intensive week). B1: ₱7,000; B2: ₱7,500 (30 hours / 2 intensive weeks).
Focused preparation: Review courses concentrate on the exam format and required skills. They do not replace a complete A1–B2 language course.

Bundles combine two or more levels and cost less than booking every course separately.

For an installment plan, we email a personalized agreement to sign before requesting payment. Books are paid separately with the down payment. Installments are due by the 15th of each month.

Notice a wrong location after submitting? Email info@mylanguagecafe.com with your name, enrollment reference and preferred location. Please contact us before paying or signing your agreement; do not submit a second enrollment. MLC will confirm the available class and any updated documents.

What happens next? For a scheduled group course, your email includes the 50% down payment and full price of your selected book. For a private course, we will first agree on availability and a schedule. For an installment bundle, we will email your payment plan to sign before asking you to pay.

Enrollment terms

  1. MLC may postpone or cancel a course before it starts if there is insufficient demand. Start dates remain subject to change; enrolled students will be informed.
  2. Cancellations before the course starts may incur a 20% fee when made less than seven days before the start date.
  3. Transfers, repeats or pauses require written approval from MLC and depend on availability, performance and payment status. Additional fees may apply.
  4. No refund is provided after a course starts, when a student abandons a course, or for missed classes.
  5. Students need at least 80% attendance to receive a completion certificate.
  6. Enrollment is confirmed only after MLC verifies the required payment. Bundle payment plans require a separate signed agreement.

For installment bundles, the separate payment-plan agreement governs package payments and approved changes. Review the bundle conditions below before submitting.

Bundle payment-plan conditions

  • The first installment is due on the 15th of the month after the down payment; later installments are due monthly on the 15th.
  • Books are charged separately and paid with the down payment, outside the installment plan.
  • The plan covers the selected package. Absences or stopping attendance without written notice do not automatically cancel it.
  • If you cannot continue for a valid reason, contact MLC in writing. Any approved repeat, transfer, pause, conversion, balance or additional fee must be confirmed in writing.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable, except when MLC cancels the course or package. Late payment may temporarily suspend class access until the outstanding amount is settled.
  • A personalized agreement is sent for signature before payment is requested.
